Once Upon a Time in Konan (part one)

Warnings: Um...no warnings that I can think of. Possible spoilers, although the fic itself is set after the show ends.
Type: This a comedy-drama, with emphisis on the comedy. It's a (rather late) Birthday/Father's Day fic for Hotohori that Doc Sama and I have been working on for awhile now, although it isn't finished yet. But she and I are both eager to know what the Seishi think of this (especially Hotohori ^_~) so I promised I'd submit it.

	Nuriko: Very nicely done so far... the frustration of Boushin and the Seishi is tangible, and the feelings and emotions very real. I can just picture the events as they happen, and because they're believeable, they make the story that much better. The humor was a lovely added touch, keeping everything in perspective and lot letting it get TOO angsty. I noticed a few typos but not many... the only one that bothered me is 'boarder', when you're talking about the border of the cherry grove. Different spellings, two entirely different meanings. I hope to see more soon, but for right now it gets 3 kasas from me!
	Tasuki: Hey, I liked this! The way it was written gave ya a feelin' ya could just walk inta the situation! Boushin's behavior and reactions were realistic, much the way Hotohori seemed to act, I guess, which is what makes him so much like his dad. What I found interestin' was how Boushin thought of Hotohori and Houki with their names, not as 'Kaa-san and 'Tou-san. And Hotohori made me so proud! *wipes away a tear* Chiriko isn't the only one payin' attention in ma language classes! I wanna see this finished! Only 4 kasa thingies till it is!
	Chichiri: I do like this fic no da! And I'm looking forward to more. It's very well written and the plot goes along quite smoothly. Just a couple of spelling errors but nothing to really pick on. It makes one feel for the poor Prince and realize how difficult it can be to be a ruler of people. 4 kasas, as I must copy Tasuki (oh my what a bad example no da!) and withhold one until the finish!
