This is one of the best fanfic websites I've ever found. This is a boon for all fans of Final Fantasy VII and FullMetal Alchemist. Wonderful stuff.

Advent05

This is an excellent fic site for Final Fantasy VII fanfiction, including Advent Children, some of the strongest writing for Rufus Shinra. The plots simply take my breath away. The writer also does Saiyuki Fanfiction too.

Aishuu's Fanfiction

Aishuu writes wonderful stories for many fandoms, including Fruits Basket, Sailor Moon, Gundam Wing besides Clamp.

Clamp Fanworks 6.0

This is the most comprehensive site on the internet containing Clamp's stories. Highly recommended.

CLAMPesque

This is one of the best boards out there to find the latest chapters of fanfiction from Clamp, Yami no Masuei, and Fruits Basket among others.

Natalie Baan's Fanfic site

Natalie Baan writes really excellent fanfiction, she's a writer I admire a lot. Highly recommended are her Seishiru/Subaru stories as well as her Please Save My Earth fanfic.

Kouri and Karasu's Fanfiction

Kouri and Karasu are two of the most prolific writers out there. They have wonderfully enjoyable X/1999 and Tokyo Babylon stories as well as a growing selection of Yami no Matsuei and Fruits Basket fanfics as well.

KrystalRose's Fanfiction

I highly recommend KrystalRose's interesting fic titled "Flash Before My Eyes" and its sequel "Fallen into Grace" for excellent Seishirou and Subaru interaction. I'm totally in love with her Seishirou in that story. ^__^

Behold the Void

Another highly recommended fanfic and fanart site. This site contain's Leareth's wonderful stories, which include the X, Tokyo Babylon, Yami no Matsuei, Saiyuki and even Pride and Prejudice. Do enjoy.
